CRB Checking

As with all volunteers working with children, Support Team members are asked to submit to a CRB check. (CRB? - Criminal Records Bureau)

Nigel Hildreth will do this for you by internet (but you will need to be present). What you need to do is

contact him at the college by phone or email to make an appointment.

It is sometimes possible for the check to be done during one of the monthly rehearsals

You will need to bring with you the following:

• 2 of these three items:

• birth certificate
• passport
• driving licence

• 1 of these three items:

• marriage certificate
• TV licence
• vehicle registration document

• your National Insurance number
• proof of your current address. This may appear on your driving licence, but if not please bring a recent utility bill showing your current address.

The check will not normally take more than 10-15 minutes.
